If you are unhappy with your purchase, or feel that we have misrepresented something, you can simply return and get a refund or exchange to other items with no question asked as we offer a 7 days 'no quibble' return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at RecocoNYC@gmail.com with your order number and then return your item/s in new and unused condition and with all original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund minus return postage costs, via the same method of payment.
We advise that you check that the item is properly addressed and adequately packaged. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return or exchange that is older then 20 days.
Changed your mind? ordered the wrong size or color? No worries!

Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, new shipping fees will apply.
Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.
Changes / Cancellations
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 2-3 hours. We often processes orders within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
